Hello
After replacing ZSK2 Board, PM 74 is locking the delivery pile table when reaching high speed. When we inch it up and down with the low speed only it can work for hours. We need to restart the machine in order to run again.
Also during printing, we find the delivery table locking and no working. No error appear on the machine.

I swapped the drive STM boards from infeed table with the delivery table but the problem remains on the delivery table.

Any idea will be helpful.

Hi,
When you say there is no error, have you checked DYN Test errors?

  • Hi Matthew
I Have this picture but honestly I don't remember if the delivery table already had error or not.

It helps a lot. As you'd already swapped STM modules, I will go for the motor itself. Check the encoder on the back of motor. I've seen many times the grid disc became loose and make some problems.

What was the reason you changed ZSK?

    Thanks
I didn't figured out there is an encoder on that motor. I couldn't see it in the diagram.

Hi beniamine the error code of zska mean that the Motor 1M3 blocked (three–phase pile motor only) or motor plug not inserted(not applicable to 500W brushless pile motor and motor of perfector) try to check 1M3
