PM 74-2 year 2004 machine stops ..

We have a Heidelberg PM 74 -2 and machine stops suddenly and displays attached symbols. Please advise how to address this issue.

Can you please advise us how to check the encoder interruption or whether the signal comes to the control card.. Thanks for your support

according to the error code it means that the connection cable between the encoder and the motor is interrupted, if you have another encoder try it and check the cable with a qualified electronician, it is also possible that the encoder loses the information if you have already disassemble the encoder

Can you please advise what voltage or other signal should come from the encoder cable while running the machine
