Pm 52 paper dropping

Dear sir
We realized paper dropping from the press
While printing , the operator told me that
The pincer grippers are not allinged well
And I should call the tech
They move too much when you use your
Finger to move
The tech has to set the grippers
Pls any advice , the paper has been cut straight

The grippers needs to be reset and cam followers needs to be checked

Yes we changed the cams few months ago and
It’s the gripper settings , some are loose and
Move easily when you push with your finger
Some are far wide opened
So according to my operator he said the tech needs
To tighten them with Allen key n set them
The tech would come tommorow

try to clean the clamps well and use a penetrating product, if the springs do not return freely it may cause problems with tracking and paper falling. check the cam roller and also the opening angle of the clamps
