PLC problems on a PBM perfect binder

    I have a PBM perfect Binder i have a problem with the PLC which does not come on.
    It is a Mitsubishi Model No MELSEC F 1 - 20MR serial no 768273 does anybody here
    have a cable to read the programmes in the PLC please do let me know.
