    hi all
i have KOMORI 2 COLOR SPRINT 226P, running quiet well for a couple of years.
Now im facing a problem of PLATE BLINDING, the ink is not adhering on plate after 100-200 impresssions the ink just wipes off from the plate.
I have changed the rollers, the dampening solution and have tried hell lot of things
    But all in vain.
Now the press is stop and im screwed.
Kindly somebody advice me what other alternatives i can try.

    thanks in advance

Have you tried to change the plates or inks?
Do you measure pH and conductivity of your fountain solution?
When the ink wipes off the plate, do you clean the plate and it accepts ink again or not?

You could try searching this forum under 'plate blinding'. There's probably a lot of answers already there and you don't have to wait for new ones to help you solve questions you may not think to ask.
