If this is a one color job try moving job to 2nd unit and let 1st unit clear sheet from powder dust, also get a water soluble powder, else i dont think its possible to avoid marking, unless you move pick up suckers, on unprinted area of sheet.

I'm thinking you've got some really cheap, dusty stock from the mill, and the only way to resolve your problem would be to (1) install a sheet cleaner or (2) run lifts through on impression with powder device off to pick dust off sheets. The only other possibility I see would be that you've a suction issue, and there's just not enough to pull the dust back to the filter canister. But if that were the case, you'd have problems feeding.

I have those pick up suckers. But the problem is in the front pick up suckers the ones that take the sheet into the feeder board. I’m gonna try the super blue.

Super blue or a single layer of gauze will work miracles, but have to tried reducing the vacuum to the suckers?
