Photoshop: Button / Stamp pattern

Can you perhaps explain to me how to go about using Photoshop to manage to do the following? I just cam across this stamp-like button saying "Guaranteed Satisfaction". I would love it if I could get an already finished set of psd-files or some template from some there so that all I would need to do would be to add my inscription to it. Could you share with me where to get the appropriate templates that could be used to do the job?
