Hi. Is there any other sensor on the perfector apart from these two? It always takes a long time to get my press to go into perfecting. It seems like it can’t find the right spot. It just keeps going around until it finally finds the spot. It has no trouble going from perfecting to straight print though. Bad sensor maybe? Press is a R700

Shaft sensor, piston shaft sensor, duble gear sensor....
Use el. drawings and find all sensors on perfecting chapter. If there is no error on central console, then you must use RODIMO program to see where is the problem. Maybe pythron motor, maybe clutch, maybe valve...

These two sensors are only for the eccentric position. If the eccentric does not go into place at the appointed time, the reason is usually in the 2 air valves. The position sensors are on the A side of the dual gear. (machine with large double gear).
Write down exactly what is happening.

Some machines go first to reset the registry of all groups. Try resetting the register first and then flipping.

The eccentric does not wanna kick in. Press goes into appointed time/position but press goes around again to find the right position. I do not hear any air valves releasing. And it’s an electronic perfector not hydraulic.

When executing an inverter command, the machine stops at a specific position (depends on which printing group the inverter is after) and checks that it is the correct half of the inverter drum. If not, rotate another 360 degrees. If the machine makes more turns than the ones described above, there is a problem with the B048 sensor. Distance 0.5mm A side on dоuble gear.
