Perfector Problem Moinitoring of reversing drum - storage drum synchronization

I'm having this Problem recently . Moinitoring of reversing drum - storage drum synchronization. The Machine is SM74 8 color 5PH. Previously it only appeared at power out, but now its appearing randomly. Sometime machine runs without problem for months and sometimes it appears 5-6 times a day. I had checked two small proximity sensors, B38 and B64, Sensors are OK, IO card EAK_D05 shows B64 signal but B38 sometimes fluctuates (0,1 even when the press is stopped) , when the problem arises. So what may be the problem ? SUM 9 card or IO EAK 05 card or others?. I assume the B38 works only in Perfector mode.

 

This is Fully automatic perfector machine.

 

For same, some have to set the flage sensor properly

I am strongly recommending you look for all this devices< Sensors+Switchs+Hydraulic solenoids.

look: 1) dirty 2) loose wires 3) lack of maintenance 4) leaking 5) lack of voltage 6) loose connector 7) corrosion 8) faulty.
