Fully automatic perfector

Dear all, i am having a problem when setting the machine to Perfector mode. The machine moves a little and stops before 0 position and engages Reversing drum lock lever. but the Reversing drum does not lock because its not in 0 position. Manually crank handle doesnot move the machine although motor brake is released when inserting the handle.
After inisilizing SAK card, the machine goes into converting to straight mode, but even after completing sequences, it wont stop and hits the 10mm allen bolt stopper at reversing drum and machine stops but Automatic process is not complete. Also the Segment gear cross the 0 point about 5 mm.

Sensors B38, B64, Reversing drum lock sensor, Format Claw sensor, segment switch, cam switch all are functional.

 

Hello dear sir, please did you used to use the perfect world? can you show us what the screen displays as an error? When did the problem occur? just understand the problem and see how much help you?

when you changed the machine to straight mode, the return cylinder must be in straight mode and the zero mark at the grouping drum flange must be at zero if the zero position of the grouping drum is not good then you must remove the drive gear wheel from the format change cam and position it manually by pressing the solenoid valve of the 100 bar pressure and put the gear wheel back in place paying attention to the belville spring return

There are lot of setting to check if this error is not eliminated
And need some trained engineer to check all zero setting as well as all sensor

 

The machine is in straight mode now. Reversing drum gripper switch was stuck. now when set to perfection the machine rotates few rotation and stops before 0 position and engage drum lock lever. (0 position is 222.4 degree and machine stops at 234.4 degree). machine not moving with crank handle.

you must remove the toothed wheel that drives the opening crown of the clamps at the level of the grouping drum.
afterwards position the crown manually at the mechanical zero position and that's it.
check if the motor encoder and the ids are offset by more than 0.3 degrees try to adjust it

 

Dear Sir, The machine is in straight mode. All mechanical position correct, segmented gear 0 position is ok. But when i set machine to perfection, the machine rotates few revolution and stops about 15 mm ahead (11.4 degrees) of 0 position and Revesing drum lock is on but not locked. the machine is not in 0 position, Machine shows Automatic procudure in progress. Machine do not show Insert crank handle to manual position to o p0sition.

 

Please, can you show us what the screen displays?

 

Yes i see , you must remove the gear under the drum and you need to see the condition of the key and the drive shaft , surely there is wear or the key is offset, the key must be changed

 

Dear Adil, Beguin and Ashok Kumar thanks a lot for your guidance and information, the problem is fixed and machine is running in perfection mode. It was sensor position misalignment of Reversing drum piston. The piston was replaced earlier this week and sensor position was misaligned thus problem started.
The problem is solved.

But another problem exist
If SM74-8-ph machine is shutsown or power fail, upon restarting monitoring of reversing drum - storage drum syncronization is shown and have to reset perfection mode, put to straight. This happens if the machine was in perfector mode. I checked the Battery voltage of SAK2 Card is 3.02 V
