I have a perfecta 92 TVC I have been working on and can not find parts very easily here in the US. I am looking for the main board that goes behind the display that attaches to the frame. I am assuming its the main/motherboard. It was working perfectly until it started power cycling on the the down stroke of the cut. Once it gets to the bottom of the cut the system reboots, and wont complete the cut. I have to power cycle it, and then it will finish the cut. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
As far as I understand from your message, when you press cut switches —> knife moves down —> when Knofe reaches the Bottom —> system reboots
My experience says, please follow as
1- Keep an analog multimeter connected at the board input supply 24VDC, enable cut, when the knife is moving, if there is any voltage drop, this board will reboot
2- Check the CAM switches and there cables, as these 24V signals become active when knife moves down, if the cable is making short circuit with ground, it might reboot the board.
3- Check the Transformer step down vomtage
4- On this board, there is small computer with RAM and processor, please check the connection of this computer and RAM slot.
5- You can order the board from PERFECTA Germany.
It would be great if you make a video when you enable the cut and how the display board reacts.
