paper being fed in crooked

I have a HP officejet 3835, that the paper keeps getting fed in crooked when I am printing. It keeps gettng fed in at this angle (see picture)

and then the error message occurs.I have had this issue before but never as bad as this time. It just wont work. Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking of carrying to a repair shop. Probably an easy fix for them but how much would that cost do people reckon?
