Please help, all light on this panel on every unit on my machine units are off

Please provide me with a photo of the main CPTronic control panel displaying the "Unit OFF" message.

Also, please provide a photo of the active alarms and the unit number where you are experiencing the problem.

It could be one of the following causes: An emergency stop activated somewhere
A door or hood sensor is open or incorrectly detected
A safety switch is not engaging
The local mode switch
remote has switched to Local mode. First of all, give me the information I need to make a proper diagnosis.

this the eror message, allready check the door sensor and how to make sure the safety switch is not engaging

Benny, first fix the 24V power supply unit in the main electrical panel for A354.
