Overrun Detector

On my 2005 Komori Lithrone 44SP when there is a Overrun Dectection or a Wind Up Sheet in the delivery before the press can be started back up all the upper and lower footboards must be opened is there antway to bypass this?

you can move rocks from one side of the yard to he other & back - it will have the same effect.....

What are you talking about ?

After a trip , your press will count time till it can be started again.
no mater what you do... so if you feel like opening covers it is OK

read the manual to understand.

 

Meny I have read the manual. But the the 05 model of the Lithrone SP's .They installed this as a saftey feature the way I understand it is this is the only year they done this.When a sheet jumps the head stops or Jams in the delivery ALL FOOTBOARDS UPPER AND LOWER MUST BE OPENED TO RESTART PRESS

 

Who installed that press?
Did it do this all the itme?
That sounds nuts.
Maybe something got lost in the translation form Japanese to English.
