I have a problem with Man Roland 505 2007, please if someone have an experience please help me.
When we turn on the machine, sometimes it starts and runs for a few minutes, but suddenly the machine’s keys shut down, and it stops responding to any commands. Occasionally, the machine’s computer starts up, but the machine itself doesn’t start at all.
We’ve received error messages related to safety relays a few times, but the machine has 28 of these relay boards, and if the issue is with the relays, we don’t know which one is faulty to repair or replace it.
If you have any experience with this issue, please help us figure out how to identify and solve the problem. If there’s any software that can help diagnose the issue, please recommend it.

We’re really in a tough situation.

This is a real problem, because identical boards are unusable unless the loader is changed. I can't have all the boards with all the loaders. I'm not that rich.
And the loader can be changed. Now I'm trying to learn how to downgrade it.

 

I dont work ond roland machines for 5 years, but i remember that problem with bricketts[žuto sranje] and know that that is a big problem to downgrade verision, Michael Schuler was or still is specialist for R500 in Offenbach and then he told me that there is no way to do that.
Maybe now it is possible... Then i had set of cables to download software in it, could not do it via DOWNLOADER...
