Oki C9650 prints solid colours all over sheet

    Hope someone can help. The printer has started printing solid sheets regardless of what file I send. It even does it with a printer generated test print sheet. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    Hi. Make sure all the LED head covers are moving out the way when you close the lid. Call Maine Digital on 0161 374 3576 for any OKI advice.
