oil alarm on sm74-5

    hello all master
    i've a problem with oil alarm.
    normally oil will circulation on 1bar pressure and switch to 12 bar after 10.000 rotation.
    now before 10.000 rotation, oil alarm is on and after i pressed the button for switch to 12 bar manually, the alarmn will stop.
    please help me, where i must check for the problem?

    Good day , hope you are well
    Normally test:1) There is sufficiente oil(inspection glass.D.S) 2) Check wheter if the puse number is set
    in Normal position, adjust the control knob if necessary. 3) Switch of motor overload switch a42 oil pump
    4) Shortly connect terminal 13 with terminal 14 of the counter( counter is set to 0)
    5) Auxiliar contactor d 50 must remain energized. it does not , again connecte terminal 13 and 14 shortly.
    6) Swithc on motor overload swtich a42 for oil pump. Switch on main swithc. After a lead time of approx 1 minute
    tje distributing lubrication must take placer(without error signal). 7) Set the press to operation and let it rotate a fec
    revolutions.
    Use the schematic diagrams coming with the press.
    However if the problem continues: the 20vAC vOLTAGE SUPPLY IS MISSING , TEST THE Voltage why is NOT
    coming from the Transformator

    Maybe chech this:
    The oil level sensor detects the piston position
    of the pressure intensifier without touching it. As
    soon as the piston reaches the oil level sensor
    it transmits a signal to the control system.
    Messages during rest time indicate a lack of oil.
    If this is the case you must need to adjust.

    SM74-5 will be equipped with oiling system, not flow grease.

    Yes sorry I did a mistake with this
    Please see the attached schematics and follow this little step:
    1)Symbol level sensor S30 IS FLASHING? see the screen shot attached , Refill oil, test the sensor and replace
    2)sensor filter dirty S31 is flashing ??see the schematic :filter dirty , replace it+sensor defective, replace it
    3)motor overload switch Q44 is flashing??see the schematic attached: test motor ,can be faulty in the winding or bearing. or mal function in the electrical/electronic system
    test with DMM. 4)pressure switch circular lubrication 1S33 IS Flashing?? see the schematic attached: presure swicht defective, replace to due the in line with some Manometer use, check presure switch, reading higher 1.5bar defective swtich +leak in the system+malfunction in the line system test with manometer the lecture will be at least 15bar 5) test the solenoid valve for defective see the schematic use the manometer if the line toward the pumo read at lead 15bar, otherwise replace solenoid valve. o6) test the oil lines
    if there are LEAKS in the system, repair. 7) Pressure switch bearing lubrication 1s34 test pressure switch can be defectice similar the step 4

    Is this press equipped with coater, lexcron? (SM74-5+L)

    If equipped with coater, there may be an issue with the auxiliary oil return pump mounted on the the bottom of the coater. So, you are correct in saying it makes little difference electrically. But do keep an open mind.

    after i check all and following a friends recommendation on this forum, my team found that the problem is dirty filter oil.
    after cleaning the filter,

    I am happy since I did mentioned 2 Step, your team simply follow my steps that i gave you previously : 2)sensor filter dirty S31 is flashing ??see the schematic :filter dirty , replace it+sensor defective, replace it.
