We are a Print shop that mainly prints P.I.L.s ( patient information leaflets )
We are looking to change our old machine and invest in something better. We Currently work with GTOz Offset and are thinking to invest in SM 74 one color or perfecting. The thing is we need a machine that will have no problem handling very thin paper. Now we are on 60 gr and the medical companies are forcing as to go lower. Witch machine is suitable for the job?

    Go Komori :)

A Komori Sprint GS28 will do the gob excellent
down to 47 gsm and at speedsof 1500-11000 sheets / hour day after day

80000-90000 sheets every shift on rather short runs (fast setup)
Go Komori - that's my opinion

If you need any help - contact me

    simple

used Komori Sprint GS is better and more durable then Sm 74P
It is also cheaper then the SM 74P
It runs faster in real life and takes less time to set-up
It uses less spare parts & service and will be a good partner for a long time

    :)
This press is a better press all over , and for sure it is better for bery thin stock.

    Good luck
