My IRC5180 has developed an odd problem. Of course my maintenance agreement covers only copies and not the software. I am quite sure the issue is in the software. When I send a multiple page pdf to the mailbox for printing the first page prints exactly as it is supposed to. The remaining pages print the size of a postage stamp in reverse. Yes in reverse - like I've printed it as a negative. I have never seen such a thing. Oh and this only occurs when printing from a PC. The problem does not occur when I print from a Mac. This is a new issue ... began a month or so ago. No other changes made at the time this began occurring. If anyone has any clues I'd be thrilled. Thanks!

I would delete the printer from Windows and recreate it with a new driver.

If you are going to delete the print driver, I would uninstall it completely ensuring there are no orphan files remaining. I'd also make sure the Fiery has the latest patches before you did remove it.
