Now Loading SPF-20A

Hello, can someone help me with the Horizon SPF-20A machine. It is not initialized. And on its screen it shows the message "Now Loading" and I don't know, so I need to know if anyone can help me to solve this problem.

Please Reset CPU, see my own schematic how to do it, in case the motherboard, does not have small button Reset.

Remember you must test before the Vcc , in the regulated Power Supply is in tolerance . 2) Clock is o.k in MHZ, accordint with the printed information coming in the surface of clock.

Tight very well and clean all Ribbon or flat cable.
