We would like to setup a small "computer stationery printing" commercial Unit. Digital Printing. Shall be grateful for any suggestions/Advises on the following questions.

1. TheTechnology Offset / digital printing/gravure
2. Sheetfed / web
3. Machines
4. Software

Yes, please continous forms like letterheads, Invoice Books/sheets, pay slips, perforated slips/Invoices/quotations etc.
