New to 9870. adjusting image for tight registration issues

I'm new to offset but have printed with foil stamping and letterpress for some time.

I'm running a job that has two colors with tight registration. The image for color number two is about 1/32" out of level. Can you only adjust the image being level with that screw on the plate holder towards the right with the 1/4-1/2" lever on it.

I've tried that and I can see it kind of torques the plate holder left and right.

That is correct it will skew the plate tail left and right (operator side to gear side). It will adjust more towards the tail than at gripper edge.
