NEEDED: HP Indigo Digital Press operator

Jamberry Nails is looking for an HP Indigo Digital Press operator. This operator will be running the WS 4600, which is a roll fed label & flex packaging model. Since the print engine and software are generally the same, we will consider all Indigo operators with experience running any Indigo model. Strong preference will be given to operators of the WS 4600 and those with a graphic design and/or Indigo/ESKO prepress background. We need a dynamic team player that can come in hit the ground running.
Required:
• Minimum 6 months experience in the set-up and operation of an HP Indigo Press.
• Very strong print production.
• Strong technical skills to manage the functioning of the press and take responsibility to troubleshoot and carry out routine repairs and maintenance of the machinery to ensure smooth operations of the press.
• Manage the inventory of paper, printing ink, blankets and other consumables.
• Ability to set up the configuration for the press to make certain the machine prints the designs, colors in right style and dimensions.
• Carry out regular quality tests to check the thickness of the paper, color calibration, design accuracy, to make certain the product meets the set standards.
• Coordinate with management to know their ideas, expectations and preferences.
• Ability of multitasking and performing quality work under pressure situations.
• Keen attentiveness to detail, accuracy and perfection.
Preffered:
• HP Indigo certification from the Andover [Indigo] education center.
• HP shared maintenance training.
• A graphic design background and/or working knowledge of Adobe CS with an emphasis on Illustrator.
• Experience with Indigo/ESKO prepress.
• Strong training skills
• Experience with next line finishing units.

Jamberry Nails is located in Lindon Utah just off of I-15, & Geneva Rd.
