Need help to set 'Accounting'

    Hi,
    I would like to seek expert help in setting my new Xerox 7100 color printer. It is 7100N (network, not DN) without HDD. I was trying to set up the accounting but have not succeeded. So far I did this much:
    - Enabled Local accounting in the Web GUI configuration and created one user with userid and username (here no option to put passcode)
    - In the user PC, driver configuration, i have added the account id and added the same user ID i created in the xerox GUI. But i dont know what passcode i have to put.

    I want to know what passcode it is asking. Also, i need to know is there option to restrict printing by active directory users? instead of adding local account.
