Need help regarding regaridng cp 2000

    Alright, its quite frustrating how big of a mystery fault diagnosis is on a CD 102. I need help to decode the error codes, Heidelberg technicians use a software called Knox to decode error codes in the diagnosis tab. Our press software is having some problem. The error code is 0X00050017. Any help will be much appreciated.
