Hello everyone, I need some help identifying the correct original encoder system for my Challenge MC-305 paper cutter.

Machine information:*
Model: Challenge MC-305*
Size: 305*
Serial Number: 96284E

The original encoder is missing from the machine.
A previous owner installed a different aftermarket rotary encoder, but it does not work correctly with the cutter’s digital backgauge measurement system.
The currently installed encoder has:* Incremental rotary encoder*
Output A, B, and Z*
Black wire: OUT A*
White wire: OUT B*
Orange wire: OUT ZI am trying to find the original encoder or the correct replacement encoder for this specific MC-305 model.Does anyone know:
1. What was the original encoder system used on this model?
2. What is the original Challenge part number?
3. Can the original encoder be replaced with a modern rotary encoder? If so, what specifications (PPR/CPR, voltage, output type) are required?
4. Does anyone have a parts manual or wiring diagram for this specific model?

I have attached photos of the machine information plate and the currently installed encoder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
