Need help costing jobs on digital press

We currently only do flexo label printing, but I have come into a MA SRL 4.0 digital press with die cutter/lam/rewind. I am trying to figure out how to cost a job on a digital press like this as far as the consumables are concerned. Basically I get that it's going to be 30 fpm max etc, but how do I figure the toner cost? I realize this will be based on coverage, but is there some kind of rule of thumb here? Are there tricks to refilling or getting the toner for a good price? I basically know nothing about digital printing. I do a lot of short run variable data labels, and I feel like this is going to make a lot of the things I do more profitable and open up new markets for me, but I am kind of at a loss as to figure out cost on this thing. I appreciate any help you can offer.
