Have you tried to contact ElectroCraft?
Is this drive in active productions/sale status by ElectroCraft?
Do you have your drive parameter set backed up in order to reload it in a new such servo drive?
What is the condition of your old drive? Is it rapairable, backupable?
Contact us when you have a shipping problem due to the destination, we will try to assist.
And as to repairing of the old one as well, if it whould be impossible locally.

2. Looks like both answers is "No"
3. I don't know how to do it and don't have equipment and software needed.
4. I think it could be repaired (when it has problems first time i connect to it external power supply +5/+15 V, but now I don't knew what to do).
I don't have problems with shipping, because nothing. Other side, offer of repairing is interest. I will write to you.
