i want Xerox DC12 Service Manual, I face some error code like 3 - 380, help me, please give me some advice/ help to download service manual for i make maintenance of DC 12, PLease help me

Ensure that the TR0 Patches (reflector) on the IBT Belt are clean and in good condition (ensure the belt is installed properly).

Check the wires for disconnected Plugs/Jacks.

Ensure that the Drum CRU is properly installed.

Also make sure you did not put the ibt belt on backwords the reflector should be on the inboard side and clean the sensor
