Muller Martini Merit S

    Hello all.
    We have problem with Muller Martini Merit S. All axis motors and positon motors not in position.
    The machine gets problem when we change size of book from small to bigger.
    Can any body give me your solution to solve it?

    Hi everyone,

    I need help in merit s
    Motor feed don't work, lost of times

    And appears in screen error code 081 motor feed error,

    M7
    G7 drive

    I change lenze drive, resolver, check cable, change the belts of the motor feed...

    Can anyone help me to resolve this problem???

    Probably module NC150 is broken.

    David you have to recalibrate or reference all the motors again in order to match the mechanical position with electronical position. this is made by muller martini service code.

    Xmacs did you check the Lenze Parameters? some time they are chenged by electrical problems.

    Jose,

    Thanks very much for or help.
    I see the parameters os lenze drive because I have a backup all the drives of line...it's okay...

    The problem was a cable to connect in A7 ( DI )

    Now the its working fine...
