MOZP counter problems

I have a MOZP that just this morning decided not to count the impressions. The sheet count and total count don't work, most of the time. Just got done running a 5" pile of 80# text and my counter says 57. I did notice that when the resettable sheet counter isn't working, the total count counter isn't working too. So I'm thinking it is at whatever switch is sending the signal to count that my problem lies. It is going on impression, and everything else seems to be working so far, but I can't find a thing in my parts or instruction books from Heidelberg about what all controls this counter.

Any help would be appreciated.
