moving platemaker

Hey all, needing to move an Abdick DPM 34 HSC platemaker to a different location and i was wondering if anything critical must be removed prior to moving. My main concern is the laser assembly. Thanks

 

I am fairly certain that all the DPM machines like the DPX machines by Mitsubishi do not have to have lasers locked liked the older generation of imagesetters, someone correct me if I am wrong...

With that said I would crate it if I were you before moving and stabilize it (the whole unit) in the crate with styrofoam....
