Hi Beguin, You know #15 is the central control cabinet, yes? Have you any images to share showing the Init and dynamic error displays? Suggest you reestablish connections at boards, to start with.
Error translates to "Powerfail 24V DC voltage (secondary side) of NTK". Maybe NTK power supp,y has failed, or corroded pin connectors?

#15 means an error occurred within the control cabinet and/or a device controlled directly by cabinet components. For example, a failed power supply (within cabinet) or a failed self diagnostic c test of the main drive (external device). I think that is the correct explanation in simple terms.
