Hi sir: Normally the power converter part SLT, has MANY parts But mainly: 1) SBM1 power bridge module 2) SBM2 power bridge module +3)SVT X1+X2 2) I recommend that you measure the power supply first: a) NTK +24vDC supply : provides to operation panel +signal lamps+solenoid valves+brush monitoring main motor b) the other power supply NTK +24Vdc provides: brake of the main motor +contactors central control cabinet c) NTK +5vDC Supply for all electronics Board in the computer plug in unit REE+SSE 3)The tolerance in all cases will be 0.7% up or down, if the voltages are NOT in the range are FAULTY. 4) Measure any Fuse in the power supply if the power is NOT there 5) the SBM1+SBM2 power rectifier bridge can be OPEN OR SHORT-CIRCUIT TEST IT. The main reason for Faulty Error is coming from the above mentioned 5a) please see for any loose wires, or connector, or dirty or corroded. 6) Use some personal tech or Engineer with good Skill for Electronic/electrical background Good luck Blessing
Hi mister Chock. NTK input voltage: NTK5. = 30,59 NTK24 = 35,52 NTK24 = 35,57 Output voltage: NTK5 = 5,2Vdc NTK24 = 23,87Vdc NTK24 = 23,93Vdc.
The NTK are o.k. The problem is the SBM1+SBM2 power rectifier bridge can be OPEN OR SHORT-CIRCUIT TEST IT. Replace it Blessing
