I would say it's just a bug, when the press software is booting it may perform an automatic backup of your press configurations, but when the software reads that the press is in OFF state it will fail showing you that message, after the press boots and you turn it on, it will normally do the scheduled backup. If you're not sure of it, you can go to the backup destination folder, usually located at: S:\ConfigSaveBackup\ If you see that your last backup has the same date than the error, then do not worry, your press is saving your config as usual. In any case you should perform a manual config save periodically just to be safe.
