Missing color on HP ...?

Found the problem - if anyone is interested... 
I've worked with large format printers for almost 20 years and have never had a problem that I couldn't solve - until now...
A bit embarrassing that there is a button (Color /bw) on the panel that was set incorrectly!
A small excuse could be that I don't use it much today except for cad drawings ..!
