    Hi sir.
1)Look for some limit switch , interrupt or lack of voltage in delivery.
    2) See in the console for fuse or c. breaker tripperd, or Burn lamp.
However you will need some schematic d, for better troubleshooting.

HY thank you for the advice it was a trip switch, now the only problem left is that of 24v which is shutting off after some few minutes after being switched on. The remote inking console powers up,completes its initial checks, you can hear it initializing very well completes the sequence ,unit selection works well from 1st-4th unit then after some few minutes 24v will shut down hence no control. We dont have the electrical drg for the console

Ok thank you , by his reply. Great that you fix it 1er problem.
    2) You must understand the power supply in ANY electronic equipment= Blood of human being.
Test the power supply if the winding of Trafo, is Heating. If does that i am sure is, The winding is overheating.
To due:a)Age b) spike c) variation voltage In Line, etc. You must replace or repair.
See it using a DMM, and test after 5 minutes if the Voltages shut off.

in simpler terms, the 24v power supply is in perfect working cndition, its not overheating but it receiving a shut off command {5v} from the motherboard. it has a shut off point cable going direct to one of the cpu boards so its getting a shut off instruction due to an errror in the system diagnostics. We tried isolating the power supply,it woks well, isolated the load,it still switches off as long as it is hooked up to the console cpu

    ok
    There 2 possible causes:
    1) CPU faulty or 2) EPROM (firmware Corrupt).
    Attached how they work.

Good day to you.Yesterday we discovered that one of the driver cards on the cpu is definitely faulty. Its affecting the inking keys configuration and the registers.
