measure problem in polar 115 EM

Dear All
Good Morning , i have cutter of following data
Model Polar115 EM
Mach Nr 5232360
The Machine shows random error in measure of cutting with plus or minus of 1mm
as a measure of 29 cm sometime i get it 29,1 cm and other 28.9 cm
could somebody help me to adjust this problem
could somebody send me the manual of this machine if available

Hope this coming year will be better for everybody.

1) Backgauge not parallel to knife,use Square.

2) check connection between LMS and unit control: a) loose connection b) dirty c) broken cable d) defective.

3) The backgauge is not square to the table , do it using square very well.

4) The table is not square to the knife carrier.

5) If everything is o.k you must adjust the electronic Board TAM; as last Step.

I have the same problem with 1mm difference in cutting, how to adjust the TAM BOARD, any procedure to follow.? i try to adjust trial and error with 5 selector switch the blue one on the TAM Board, but i cannot get exactly the mesurement. please help.

Please do First this:
1) backgauge not parallel to Knife, use a Square.

Dear Sir,
Yes, we check everything, including the LMS and control cables, there is no problem on that, no broken cables we clean all contacts and the problem still exist. the operator is cutting 5x and the second cut is always short of 1mm sometimes 2mm. the TAM board setting is (5 0 1 1 6 ) i'm not sure if this is the correct settings. Model of my Polar is 115EM.
