MBM/IDEAL 5260 Blade stuck down

Hello,

I have searched and read what other people have said about the blade being stuck down. One of my team member accidentally lowered the blade down onto a piece of metal that was laying on the bed of the machine. The machine is now stuck in the down position. Any tips would be great. If I try to turn machine off and back on, it just runs for a second like it is trying to complete the downward motion of the blade then the button at the bottom of the machine trips. How can I get this blade to return up

Hi sir:

Try to push with erase pencil the contactor K2 for Knife- Up contactor.

However you must see if s3+s4 switch for cut button knife down, the contactors K1+ K1/1 is closed ?? and if the K2 for Knife Up is closing?

If the f1+f2 are tripped , for overload cutting motor, is signal, that motor is NOT good, need repair, and look, for contactor ,safety relay , loose wires, contacts dirty, and worn..!! repair or replace it...
