Master Encoder Speed Range Fault

Hello guys, today an Indigo 5600 woke up with this error, I suppose it is PCN related or that's what I think. It started with a Perfector 3 Passive Homing Fail error. Any Ideas?. Is it a blown fuse, something with the encoder? I read your comments.

Take out perfector, clean belts, gears using IPA and tension belts using tensionmeter . Check if it's moving freely.
