Manroland 700 oil leak problem

    Hi everybody,
    I have an oil leak in the CA cluster. Hoping someone can give me the parameters and guide me on how to solve it.
    Maroland 700 R706 3B printer 2009

    The gear should be dismantled, the bearing body removed and the sealing replaced. The gear is on a cone. It can be dismantled only with high pressure oil. (special tool)
    If there is no one to show you how it should be installed, you have a problem.

    Sorry. You have a problem with the blanket cylinder. You just need to disassemble and reassemble. No problem.

    We haven't taken it apart yet but we suspect it is damaged causing an oil leak.

    No oil seal there. Dirt or the return oil channel is clogged.
    A similar oil leak can also occur if the bronze bushing has dislodged. If so, a major repair may be required.....like this one.

    A slight blow to the gear wheel leads to serious trouble.
    The dismantling itself requires only that you fix the cylinder before removing the bushings.
    You need to be sure in advance, where the oil is leaking from. Between the bushing and the cylinder or between the bushing and the side wall.
    The cylinder looks like in the photo. (sorry for the quality) The channels replace the oil seal. You need to look for where is clogged oil drains. , on the bushing or in the side wall.
    If the bronze bushing is blocked, it remains stuck to the cylinder. Then the fun part begins. Get ready. The bearing body is sold whole and, as I recall, costs 7-10k euros. You can't buy just the bronze.

    We determined that oil is leaking from the bushing and rubber shaft. But we have not determined whether the bushing is damaged or the return oil line is blocked. Is there any method to determine exactly, sir?
