Manroland 700, lubrication problem

Hello,

I have problem with lubrication warning on the manroland 705 +L, series 712, and allready we are check Level senzors for oil and grease, and also we are check preasure oil sensors on all five printing and on lackering unit, and we not found any bad part or contact. Machine do not start regarding this problem.

Warning start after power up and when is program start to work, and all the time is there.

If any of level sensors, oil or grease, wer disconect, there is info on the screen that there is low level of oil or grease.

In case that we disconect preasure oil sensor on any unit, we do not get any Information, but those six preasure oil sensors work fine.

Is there some more sensors on machine?

Any preposition what to look, check....?

And this sign on first print unit, what is mean?

Hi hope you are well.
Some error messages caused by some disturbances, provoking Ringing tones
Please check:1) content in lubricant container drop below of minimal level.
2)lubrication cycle did not start after the preset number of sheets
3) lubrication cycle was not executed after the preset number of sheets
Do basic adjustment values for magnetic pump.
Otherwise the accustic signal ends after 5 secs
If the error is NOT eliminated after 2.000 sheets accustic signal is triggered again,until the press is Stopped

I am check level of oil in machine, it is almost half of volumen.
Issue is that after power on main switch, and when program on remote console start to work, oil pump start to work, and oil is going in hoses, and there is pressure on pressure oil switch, but after 10sec on screen on remote console I get red icon for machine and this code error . Now we look into racks on main cabinet, is there any missing signals from pressure oil switch on the electronic Boards. Machine do not allow to run or crawl speed, even we do not get sound signal.

Hi Sir
If the level of oil in machine, it is almost half of Volumen
The system has Air.
You must refill, and try to Bleeding the system.
When the system has Air, the electronic, and mechanic, will be abnormally.
You need to refill, otherwise the software is detecting faulty.
After refill,if the problem persist, i will strong recommend you check the Voltage if arriving to sensor, lack is like the sensor is faulty.
Use the schematic diagrams, and test it.

Hello,

Problem stays beside full Tank, there is 24V to all Sensors.

Now I am bypass all sensors for level of oil and for oil pressure , but still I have this error 1603000. I am found seven pressure oil sensors into machine, is there any other sensor for oil pressure?

is your problem rectified?
might be this due to F012 32 bar oil sensor in delievery.
plz ceck .
