Does anyone have a diagram for a Manroland 700 feeder head. The plastic cam follower bearing for the forwarding suckers disintegrated. I need a part number to replace. Oh, yeah I got back cylinder damage. I was running 38pt. stock. Bearing.jpg Bearing and bracket.jpg Unit 1 impression cylinder.jpg Unit 3 impression cylinder.jpg

There is a hole in eccentrics for positioning. Damage to the pressure cylinder is easily galvanized

The back cylinder damage is an easy repair. There are guys that will come in and do a permanent job but its not cheap. From what I see a bit of time, JB Weld, and some wet sanding can get you a repair thats likely to last a pretty long time. How long will be dependent on the prep, and attention to detail.

the printing cylinder damaged must be repaired using the galvanic metod, there are specialized companys in electroplating than can repair this hole very easy...
