ManRoland 305 - Grapho Metronic

Hi all, really need help with our Grapho Metronic sheet scanner!
We have had ManRoland diagnose this twice now, narrowed it down to us rebuilding the caterpillar cable with connectors and rebuilding the 3 boards that are directly connected to this, as per ManRoland's instruction (they do not carry cables or boards for this console anymore)
After all this, it does not move now and gives us the error code 07004 (control for motor y-direction....). - see pics
Any suggestions would be welcomed.....

 

Hi sir:

1) test the regulated Power supply in tolerance 0.7% up or down

2) Switch OFF and turn ON again.!!!

3) Ribbon or flat cables defective, look, for loose wires, dirty, or corroded.

4) finally reheating the control board for: dry+ colder solder joints!

Hi, the Regulated power Supply, that feed to Grapho metronic, use his schematic wiring diagram electrical, x control the Voltage coming Power Supply like: +5Vdc, etc
