I tried to change all the boards with other station. But I didn't get the result (((((
May be the cable ?

yes, possibly cable damage or a loose plug also the backplane board you need to test it by swapping to another station.

YES !!! I solved the problem.
I just replaced the brushes on the tachogenerator.

the machine is warming up in the afternoon antalya very hot 35- 36 C
this error occurs when clicking the start button

the card beside left UWR card is analog to digital from tacho, check this card

Hi friends on 700 2003 machine runs but after some time it stop all guard and avery stop signal on all unit ok breck switch ok man drive ok But when run the machine it stops screen show ( printing unit 3 GUARD IN LOWER CYLINDER AREA ACTUATED ) V dont know whear is this loketion

Didn't see this type of gaurd error in 6colour machine.. Now can you check electrical drawing of unit 3 and in safety drawing check is there mentioned this type of gaurd. After that can trace input on I/p board also then it will easy to find that gaurd by connector number.
