We are experiencing a problem with the incremental transmitter card on our Man Roland 504 press. I have attached an image showing the specific issue.
Could you please provide assistance in troubleshooting or resolving this problem? Any guidance or documentation you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support.

Also here are some additional photos, I noticed that when the machine is on after a shutdown, and we try to run it for the first time after turning it back on, that particular card goes from steady green blinking to a steady green and fast red blinking.
Unfortunately im not sure what the purpose of that particular card is.

After that we are unable to do anything on the machine and we get the errors from the first post

Capture the entire screen with errors, not half.
The card can be repaired and tested within 1-3 days. You are close.
The incremental sensor of the main motor is connected to the UVR A358 slot 5.
The incremental sensor for the position of the machine: PU1 A350, slot 2
    Call.

No other errors of this kind are shown, we have two issues for Size adjustment

Printing module 1 Size adjustment, location 2, drive 8 fault 3

Printing module 1 Size adjustment, location 2, drive 7 fault 3

It can happen that the issue disappears when you restart the machine and will work ok, changing plates, washing everything that stops the main motor.

Do you have any idea where should we look, which card?

Because the connection from the encoder, as I can see, comes directly to the main motor frequency converter/ controller

Every R500 has at least 2 incremental sensors. One is on the main motor, the other on the 1PU. I wrote you where both are connected. The main motor sensor is connected to X7 on A386 on the main motor inverter, bridged to slot 2 A358
The sensor on the machine, that you are having trouble with, is connected to slot 2, A350 first printing unit.
The Winkel bus boards have different firmware on the chip. You can replace them, but you have to replace the PROMs as well. They are not addressed.
I wanted to see the entire error screen because this error has several meanings.
It is possible that you have a problem with the sensor itself.
Also often the cable sleeve is not tight.
Winkel sensor B160 first PU, B side.
