  • I need more details about the trouble you are having with the machine. You may have other errors from UWR/RTR or the machine control system.

Guards errors are cleared only know errors currently are that of the empty water the moment we try to jog motor reacts but cuts out and we get the “ speed reading malfunction “ error the brake releases but seems to engage right away

Is this a new installation or did the machine stop during operation?

Check the RTR to HA inverter cable. And the encoder signals.
!!!! RUESTEN (make ready) on the center console.

I think.... I need to see status of main motor controller. machine séries ? Main drive is Siemens?? Baumüller ? I suppose you have checked make ready function.... Then as druckman says you must check RTR to HA . All coneztion from encoder main drive etc. another think... you must release brake by hand and looking in the RTR input encoder there you.cam see each bit, but... don't looks for my an encoder failure for example ... If encoder error occurs machine must turn and then fail. There's many possibilities of failure
