Hello. We have problem with work the ManRoland 304. After the start, the press works for 5-200 seconds, and then stops hard. as if they pressed an emergency stop, or opened the lid, but after the emergency stop, you need to reset the error, and in our case there are no errors at all. The LED indication system when opening the safety cover is different from what is happening. this problem occurs both in normal rotation and in inching mode

if I press the stop button, the "normal stop" line is activated and a soft stop occurs, but if the stated problem occurs, the same line is also activated, but a hard stop occurs

  • Hi sir;

    I believe that you must test firs;

    1) power supply in tolerance for Current Converter G000, that control the DC MOTOR from his machine, is the power supply is out of tolerance like 0.75 UP OR DOWN, the current converter, will cut OFF the module of Thyristo inside of the C. Converter.

    2) if the power supply is o.k the TEST all connector of G000. for loose, dirty , corrosion, or faulty connector.

    3) look carefully for Dry and Colder joint solder in the G000

    4) Clean very well the Edge Connector of G000

    5) Look, for the Brake, for dirty, loose wires, properly voltage, and mechanical defective.

    6) enconder of the motor, can be defective, test with Oscilloscope.

  • There are errors that do not stay on the screen. The protective guards, for example. In the error screen, select grills. F1
