Man Roland 300 errors

Hello there,

There are errors in our console.

1. SPS: Feeder zig-zag pile
2. see photo.

The machine was restarted and it went away.

Any ideas.

1)Try to measure voltage of battery in motherboard for PROM where is located the CPU or Microprocessor., and see if there o.k or need to replace it!

2) Look the status LEDs of SPS or PLC for I/O.

3) Voltages Status LEDs in SPS or PLC

Can the battery be causing this and a slow response in the console?

yes it is possible, when battery is Older.

check the supply voltage, when you charge the system, the supply voltage should maintain 5v
