when the machine is working (printing), after some time the led light turns on (as in the picture) and machine stop working. has anyone had this problem or advice please...
thank you in advance.

See if you have a dirty sensor underneath it may need clean.also check that blanket guards are not hung up

  • Thank you Jack.
We cleaned the sensors, checked them manually, they are fine, they work as they should.
The same problem appears again, the machine shuts down.
We noticed that the machine when printing below 5000 sheets per hour we don`t have problem, but the same problem appears when the speed increases.
I don't know what you mean by that (check that blanket guards are not hung up).

Move The bar between plate and blanket cylinder see if red light blinks on and off

We did this and it is ok, the bar works.
Could it be the cause of this problem electronic card?

Could be not sure 30 years since I ran if you have manual there should be a fault page.

This is a overrun sheet, probably your feeder is with wrong timing.. you can disconect the photoeye, and run the machine without.. The overrun photoeye only.

Before you disable the eye witch is very risky make sure the sheet guide is seated properly and the suction hose that holds the sheets are working.
